The Corporation of the Town of Oakville (the town or the Owner) invites tenders for construction services described as:
The Rehabilitation of existing shoreline protection along waterfront lands located at Holyrood Promenade Park in the Town of Oakville.   Construction will consist of the addition of armour stone to the existing stacked armour stone wall, construction of a new stacked armour stone retaining wall along the unprotected bluff at the back of the beach, and improvements to the existing groyne to improve retention of the existing shingle beach.

A 10% Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond for 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Bond are requirements of this Tender.
