* Electronic Submissions Only * The Library seeks to procure a consultant/agency to update the design and structure of its online properties and build and implement the same to improve the organization and presentation of the content provided so that visitors can quickly navigate to desired pages and information. The Library’s online properties should be approached and presented as a “digital/virtual” branch from a user experience perspective. The selected Agency and in-house team will work collectively to discover, design, prototype, build, support, and launch a new site. |
