This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Oakville (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Rehabilitation Works at 300 Church Street Parking Garage, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Town of Oakville is seeking the services of a specialized, qualified engineering firm experienced in the construction and renovation of multi-level parking garage structures to act as the Prime Consultant to complete the design and contract administration for the rehabilitation of the parking garage in 2 phases.
 
In the first phase the consultant is required to complete a need analysis of the full rehabilitation and repair works of the structure and a feasibility study of partial demolition / rehabilitation of the parking garage, located at 300 Church Street, Oakville, ON.  In the second phase the consultant is required to complete the detailed design development and contract administration depending on the preferred/approved option in phase 1.
