* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: The supply of all labour, materials, equipment and pertinences required for the installation of a PVC noise wall west of Gibson Drive. Work includes installation of tree protection fencing, removal of existing wooden noise wall, removal of existing masonry columns, installation of new PVC noise wall and top soil and sod restoration. Each Tender must be accompanied by a 10% Bid Bond as well as agreement(s) to bond for a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials. Each must be in an electronically verifiable/enforceable (e-Bond) format. See document for further details. |
