Gas Engines EXHIBIT B: For One (1) New 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck Extended Cab, Short Box. Single Rear Wheel, 4X2 Gas Engine EXHIBIT C: For up to Two (2) (One (1) Red Metallic, and One (1) White) New, 1/2 Ton Pickup Trucks, Super Crew Cab, Short Box, SRW, 4X4 ESOF. Auto-locking hub control. Gas Engines EXHIBIT D: For One (1) New, 3/4 TON Diesel Pick Up Truck, Regular Cab Long Box (6.5) style. SRW, 4X4 ESOF. Auto-locking hub control. Diesel Engine EXHIBIT E: For up to five (5) New PHEV type 5 Passenger SUVs (Three (3) Red Metallic and Two (2) White)
Bidders must complete of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) registry Information form in the online bidding system providing Dealership name or Salesperson for your company (who is registered at the time of bid closing). The information provided in the form is the only information that will be used by the town to verify registry. Bidders MUST ensure that the town will be able to confirm registration of these details when using this link: https://www.omvic.ca/dealer-search/ Failure to meet this requirement will deem your submission non-compliant.
The Tender is open to all bidders and will be evaluated in the following sequence: 1. Bids for Made‑in‑Ontario Vehicle (MIO) 2. Bids proposing vehicles by an Ontario Vehicle Producer (OVP) Further Details are provided under Section 1 Instructions to Bidders, Item 1.15 . Any submission that does not meet at least one of these two (2) eligibility categories will be deemed Non-Compliant by the Town of Oakville. ALL BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT AN APPENDIX C DECLARATION FORM COMPLETED IN FULL AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED SIGNING AUTHORITY (MANDATORY) FAILURE TO DO SO WILL DEEM THE SUBMISSION NON-COMPLIANT AND IT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FURTHER.
