The Town is seeking a qualified architectural firm with expertise in community centres (the “Prime Consultant”) to provide a full and comprehensive architectural and engineering design, including site plan development, conceptual and schematic design, design development and detailed design drawings, and specifications for the procurement and construction of a new community centre and library.
