The town of Oakville (the Town) is seeking a turnkey modular solution (design-build) for the proposed library / youth centre facility.  The successful modular building company (the Contractor) will provide full design services -
architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical - including permit ready drawings; manufacture the modular building; install on foundations; and commission the building and building systems.  Site services and landscaping are not part of the Contractor’s scope.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
