* Electronic Submissions Only * The widening and reconstruction of approximately 2 km of Speers Road from Third Line to Fourth Line to accommodate a centre turn lane and protected on-road bikes lanes. The proposed works includes widening and rehabilitation of the bridge over 14 Mile Creek, construction of sidewalks, installation of stormceptors, street lighting, traffic signals, mid-block pedestrian signals. The work also consists of replacement of over 2 km of watermain and laterals and upgrades to the sanitary sewer system.
