* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for services described as: The scope of work includes all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and services necessary for, and incidental to performing all operations in connection with site preparation, invasive species management, furnishing, delivery, and installation of plant material (also known as "trees”) as specified herein. The scope of work in this section includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Site preparations, including but not limited to chipping debris and slash; 2. Invasive species management; 3. Supply and installation of plants and other materials; 4. Warranty on relevant material 5. Clean up and disposal of all excess and surplus material. Award of this RFT is pending 2025 Budget Approval anticipated to occur in December 2024. By submitting on this RFP bidders agree to hold all terms and conditions including pricing through to end of January 2025. Should budget not be approved the Town of Oakville reserves the right to cancel this RFT without penalty. |
