* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for goods described as Supply and Delivery of: EXHIBIT A: UP TO THREE (3) 1/2 -Ton rated pickup trucks 4x2. Two units extended cab long box and One unit extended cab short box. EXHIBIT B: ONE (1) Compact Pickup Truck, extended ca, 4x4. EXHIBIT C: UP TO FOUR (4) 1-Ton super duty crew cab and chassis with 9’ aluminum tipping bodies. EXHIBIT D: UP TO TWO (2) 5-Passenger SUV’s. EXHIBIT E: UP TO FOUR (4) 5-Passenger PHEV SUV. EXHIBIT F: UP TO TWO (2) Cab and chassis’ with 6 cu. yd. rear load packers fitted. EXHIBIT G: ONE (1) Full size SUV. There are no trade-ins associated with this Request for Tender. NOTE: Bidders must be registered under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act. The Town will not consider bids from any Bidder who is not specifically named as registered on the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) registry as of the Closing Date. **NOTE: Award of this Tender is Pending Budget approval which is anticipated for end of February. |
