The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: Replacement of Rooftop Units MAU-2,MAU-3, AC-2, and AC-3 at the Central Operations depot. Impacted areas include the repair garage (MAU-2), Stores (MAU-3), and adjacent areas. Replacement of associated exhaust fans and supply fans are also included with this project.

 

        Only pre-qualified contractors (RFSQ-8-2022 Pre-Qualified HVAC and Mechanical Contractor List) shall have the opportunity to bid on this project. N                    this is a re-tender of RFT-68-2023, however the scope has been revised to meet the current budget.
