221 Allan Street is the former site of Brantwood School. The Town is subdivided this property for future development.  A Town owned parkette located at the south east corner of the property will remain.

To facilitate the future development and park drainage a new storm sewer is to be constructed within the park area out letting to the exiting storm sewer located along Douglas Avenue.
