EXHIBIT A:  ONE (1) new 7-gang mower

EXHIBIT B:  UP TO THREE (3) new 4WD 3-deck mowers, 11’ cutting swath

EXHIBIT C:  ONE (1) new 3.2 cubic yard capacity top dresser

EXHIBIT D:  ONE (1) new diamond groomer / bunker rake

EXHIBIT E:  ONE (1) new over seeder

EXHIBIT F:  ONE (1) new combination aerator / over seeder

EXHIBIT G:  UP TO THREE (3) new tractors

EXHIBIT H:  ONE (1) new 4X4 gasoline powered, cross over utility work vehicle
