* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (on behalf of the town and City of Burlington) invites negotiated proposals (NRFP) for: It is the intent of the Town of Oakville and City of Burlington, to establish an all-inclusive contract for a preventative maintenance and testing/inspection program (Semi-Annual, Annual and Quinquennial), including an “as-required” unscheduled repair agreement for the Emergency Power Generators and systems in accordance with CSA-C282. The term of this agreement shall be three (3) years with the option to renew annually for up to two (2) additional years. Note: Weekly and monthly inspections/testing are NOT a part of this bid, these items are performed in-house. See document for further details. |
