* Electronic Submissions Only * This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Oakville (the “Town”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Prime Consultant Services for the New Central Library - 193 Church Street, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Town is seeking proposals for a qualified architectural/engineering firm (the “Prime Consultant, Consultant or Lead Architect”) with expertise in municipal libraries for a New Central Library at 193 Church Street backing onto Randall Street and flanking George Street, Oakville. The Prime Consultant will provide all-inclusive planning and visioning for stakeholder consultation sessions in order to develop a comprehensive architectural and engineering design package. Site plan development, conceptual and schematic design, design development and detailed design drawings for permits, and specifications, estimating/tendering/procurement support for construction, as well as post-construction services and any and all other required documentation as required. The Prime Consultant team will include all sub-consultants required to provide the deliverables described in the RFP.
