Services include, but are not limited to, selection, acquisition, cataloguing, processing and delivery of materials described therein. Proponents may bid on any or all Sections of this RFP. To submit on a Section, proponents must bid on the section in full (all items included in the section). Failure to do so will deem the submission non-compliant for that section.
