The Town of Oakville proposes to undertake repairs to the Oakville Museum at Erchless Estate (the Big House) located at 8 Navy Street, Oakville, Ontario. The Scope of works includes but is not limited to:

Exterior conservation:

  • brick masonry and chimney repointing,
  • Stone sill repointing,
  • Repointing of stone foundation at 1858 front door.

Interior conservation:

  • Plaster repair work on two interior rooms where walls and crown molding are damaged by water ingress into the building.
