The Corporation of the Town of Oakville (the town or the Owner) invites tenders for construction services described as: sidewalk and curb rehabilitation across various town locations to address Minimum Maintenance Standard (MMS) and alignment deficiencies, as described in Sections 4 Special Provisions-General and 5 Special Provisions-Item Specific.

The contract has an initial term of one (1) season from June 8, 2026, to November 6, 2026, with an option in favour of the Town to renew the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional one-season renewal terms, from April 19 to October 1 in the year of 2027, 2028 and 2029.
