* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as: The town is seeking a consultant who can provide services for the design, preparation and execution of the Urban Forest Health Monitoring Program. The successful proponent shall subject to funding for a period of three (3) years, conduct annual surveys that include assessments of tree/forest health, populations of insects, diseases and plants that affect tree/forest health, engage the public by running an annual forest health volunteer program and submit annual urban forest health monitoring reports. The program should be scheduled so that conditions are assessed at each forest stand every 3rd year. See bid document for further details. |
