* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) by means of this Request of Proposals (RFP) invites prospective proponents to quality for eligibility to provide Project Management Services for Municipal Capital Works as further described in Section 4 Scope of Work / Specification. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to retain one or more qualified project management consultants (proponents) to provide professional project management and engineering services to manage projects on behalf of the Transportation & Engineering Department at the Town of Oakville. Specifically, the town seeks to retain one or more proponents to manage projects pertaining to, but not limited to: road reconstruction, bridge rehabilitations, active transportation bridge design, and structure and bridge replacement. Expertise in construction management, contract administration and stakeholder management are also sought as the Town intends to proceed to construction on all the projects detailed in this RFP. The successful proponent(s) is providing project management services normally provided by Town staff to help reduce project backlog. |
