The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for services described as: The supply and delivery of all labour, materials, equipment and services required for Pathway Rehabilitation at Various Parks and Trails. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removals and disposal of existing base and/or asphalt, asphalt paving (Paving of existing granular pathways and re-paving of existing asphalt pathways), culvert installation and sodding. Access to some locations is limited.
A 10% Bid Bond and Agreement(s) to Bond for 50% Performance and 50% Labour & Materials are required.
