The Town of Oakville (the town) invites submission for prequalification described as:

This is the final phase of the 16 Mile Creek West Bank (Shipyard Park - Oakville Harbour).  The work includes the final redevelopment of the site including but not limited to: reconstruction of Francis St (site entrance), parking lot, pedestrian walkways, Underground Railroad feature, lighting, underground utility works, landscaping, site furnishings and connections to previously completed phases.  The project is anticipated to be tendered as one project with two phases to match the Capital budget approval in 2025 and 2026.
