The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as:

The Town of Oakville seeks to retain the services of a qualified sustainability consultant to provide LEED®/Energy consultation services for the design and construction of the New Central Library. The consultant will work with the project team to ensure that the design, construction and operation of this facility is performed with a LEED® Silver certification standard at a minimum (targeting full points under the Enhance Energy Performance credit) and, if elected by the Town, under a Net Zero Carbon approach.
