The Town of Oakville will receive quotes for a qualified Engineering firm to provide Preliminary Structural Assessments to all Town-Owned occupied buildings that were built prior to 1990 with the goal of establishing a baseline for a Town inspection program for structural components.  The future inspection program will allow for up to 6 year intervals depending on requirements and shall be in accordance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and PEO Guideline.
