* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms (the “Prime Consultant” or “Proponent”) to lead a multi-disciplinary consulting team, including a qualified Heritage Professional, for a two-phase assignment involving the relocation, restoration, and renovation of the historic Metro Marine Building located at 2508 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville, as detailed in Appendix B – RFP Particulars of this Request for Proposals (RFP). The Prime Consultant will be responsible for providing complete architectural and engineering consulting services for the Metro Marine Building Restoration and Adaptive Relocation Project. Services shall include, but are not limited to, site plan development, building relocation, conceptual and schematic design, design development, preparation of detailed design drawings and specifications, and all related documentation required for procurement and construction as well as post-construction services and any and all other required documentation as required. The Prime Consultant team will include all sub-consultants required to provide the deliverables described in the RFP. |
