* Electronic Submissions Only * The Town of Oakville (the town) invites proposals for services described as: Oakville Public Library (hereafter “Library”) invites interested, qualified proponents to submit Proposals for the selection, acquisition, cataloguing, processing, storage, delivery and shelving of an Opening Day Collection (ODC) for a new community branch. This new, permanent 18,354 square foot branch will be co-located with the Sixteen Mile Sports Complex and Recreation Centre at 3070 Neyagawa Boulevard, Oakville, ON L6M 4L6. It is anticipated that this library will open in Q2 2025. Proponents may bid on any or all Sections of this RFP. To submit on a Section, proponents must bid on the section in full (all items included in the section). Failure to do so will deem the submission non-compliant for that section. Award will be by Section (there are 4 sections total). Note that Sections 1 and Sections 2 will not be awarded to the same company. Please refer to 1.11 Award Process as listed in the RFP document for further details. |
