* Electronic Submissions Only * The town invites vendors to submit proposals to conduct a review and redevelopment of oakville.ca (including analysis and recommendations on a content management system (CMS) that best meets town needs) ultimately creating a new website that provides optimal user experience, balancing business needs and user expectations today while being flexible in its design and functionality to grow with future demands and online trends. Project work includes but is not limited to full web audit and recommendations; analysis and recommendations on CMS; implementation of CMS; internal and public engagement; design, prototype and build of new site; user testing, training/knowledge transfer and support. |
