* Electronic Submissions Only * White Oaks library Renovation – the scope of work includes, but is not limited to the removal of existing library counters, demolishing & building internal wall partitions, introducing new library technologies, improving the building The library is attached to a secondary school, located on 1070 McCraney St East. The library provides services to White Oaks Secondary school and the public. The renovation will be done in 2 phases. Construction of Phase one to start on May 28th. During Phase one, the library will be closed to the public only, but open to the school students. Construction of Phase two to start on July 2nd. The library will be fully closed during this phase. Refer to Summary of Work in Division 01- General Requirements for further detail. Bidders must use one of the following Town of Oakville approved Electrical Contractors for this project:
