* Electronic Submissions Only * The Corporation of the Town of Oakville (the town or the Owner) invites tenders for construction services described as: Erosion control works along Munn’s Creek between Upper Middle Road and Culhum Street (west of Sixth Line), Town of Oakville. Six (6) sites with a total approximate length of 350m. The scope of work includes the construction of a variety of creek stabilization measures along the creek bed and banks including, stone protection, channel re-grading/realignment and the construction of habitat enhancement features, aquatic habitat (pools, riffles) and restoration planting. There
are Two (2) Phases for this Tender: Phase 1: For Sites 1, 2 and 3 (pending meeting 2021 budget), and Phase 2: For sites 5, 6, 7 and 8 (pending 2022 budget approvals). The Town of Oakville intends to award this RFT in full to overall low bidder which encompasses both Phases of this Tender. By submitting on this RFT bidders agree to be bound by pricing as included in their submission for all sites including those in Phase 2 for potential award at a later date once 2022 budgets have been approved Note: If budget allows, the Town of Oakville reserves the right to move site 5 into the first phase for award. This bid is open only to those bidders listed below who prequalified under RFSQ-9-2019
