A service provider to provide Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) & Broadcast Closed Captioning services, on an "as and when requested" basis, as a communication support to better meet the needs of its residents, businesses and stakeholders, continue to provide excellent customer service and comply with provincial legislation.
