The Town of Oakville (the “town”) has selected the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method to design and construct two new fire stations of approximately 12,500 square feet each.  The Project includes the design and construction
of new Fire Station 8 and associated site amenities and the design and construction of Fire Station 4 and associated site amenities.  Through this prequalification process, the town will determine a prequalified list of up to five (5) teams that will subsequently be invited to participate in the Negotiated Request for Proposal process.

This Request for Supplier Qualification is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
